Congratulations to Joe Lai and Richard Hsi on their 7th place finish at the Bassmania Rice Lake Tournament held on July 5th. This is a great accomplishment considering that there were 150 boats entered in this tournament. Their 5 fish weigh-in of 16.76 pounds was more than what some well known tournament anglers weighed in. Their big fish was 4.8 pound largemouth bass.
